I believe that, given the right conditions, our bodies are capable of healing from many illnesses and complaints. My work with reflexology, EFT and other healing techniques helps the body to return to its natural state of balance and therefore full health.
I work in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, in Settle and the surrounding area, and at the Ilkley Healing Centre. Please contact me for an initial chat to discuss how I can help you.

Becoming a parent can be one of the most amazing and rewarding experiences in life but everyone needs a little help from time to time. I offer emotional support to help you to deal with any challenges which may arise both before or after the birth of your baby. Please see About Me page for more details.
